Pear with fruit and yoghurt
It's the simple things in life...... Yep and in this case its not that different. The weekend is already around the corner. And of course we've got brunch on our minds. The idea here is to replace the usual carb culprints - Pancakes for example with fruits. It was pretty easy to make.









Begin by melting butter in the pan
Place the slices in pan and keep the heat on med low.
Turn over after about 5 mins.
Add a scoop of plain yoghurt. Drizzle honey.
Now chop your green component and sprinkle.


Here I used spinach but chives make a great alternative.
And voila! Enjoy my friends!
