The Plantain Corner

Gabaro Close

So we recently discovered a new spot for lunch at work on Gabaro Close. And lets just say we got the whole office eating Boli. The menu is pretty simple, Boli (roasted plantains), roasted yam, with tomato sauce  (commonly referred simply to here as stew), with the option of Kpomo (cow skin) or smoked fish. This is a common street food combo, but stands like this are far and in between in the part of the city we work in.
And to our surprise the spot actually has a name y'all : The Plantain corner!
One happy plantain customer about feast it out!
