Yo! I made Mango Syrup y'all in another edition of WeEatAfrican Test Kitchen. Like what....I got them manilla mangoes and went to town....oh yeah this is like after not eating mangos for 10 years.... anyway... I made some puffpuff and drizzled mango syrup over everything. Its the dawn of a new day, cuz imma bout to put mangoes in everything. Btw the reason I do these Test kitchen posts, besides generally satisfying my curiosity is to help other bloggers try new flavor combinations. Just thought I should mention.
